Role Overview :

- As the Senior Manager (Head of SEO), you will lead our SEO efforts, ensuring that our content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our website's visibility on search engines. You will be responsible for creating an effective strategy to improve our rankings and drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Planning : Design and implement an effective SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals.

2. Technical SEO : Ensure the website is search engine friendly. Monitor and resolve technical issues, ensure site architecture is optimized, and collaborate with the development team for any required implementations.

3. On-Page SEO : Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, h1-h6 tags, and internal links.

4. Off-Page SEO : Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.

5. Content Collaboration : Work closely with the content team to guide keyword research, content optimization, and content strategy.

6. Reporting & Analysis : Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance. Regularly perform thorough keyword research and share SEO insights with the team.

7. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends. Implement necessary updates and ensure best practices.

8. Team Management : Manage and mentor the SEO team to drive results and encourage professional growth.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.

2. Proven success in SEO strategy and implementation.

3. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.

4. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other website coding languages.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

7. Ability to think creatively, strategically, and resolve problems.
