Position : Admission Support Officer
Job Location : Janakpuri, Delhi
Job Purpose :
- This is a B2C role at Aakash Digital.
- Counsel the Students/Parents about the new product Aakash Digital and how they can use it anywhere for the preparation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receiving In-bound calls and counseling for Medical and Engineering preparation through Digital Product.
- Out-bound calls as per the leads received from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support).
- Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into admissions.
Eligibility : Bachelor's Degree from reputed University with 2-5 Years of Experience in Telesales/Inside Sales
