Admission Officer - Inside Sales - Education (2-3 yrs)
1. Handle incoming queries on phone, email, online chat and office walk-ins
2. Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students and persuade them to join the courses
3. Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries.
4. Any other activity that may be required to build good student relationships.
5. Maintain daily individual work tracker
6. Should be willing to work on shifts on a rotation basis. Along with our regular shift (9.30 am - 6.30 pm) we have a mid-shift which is from 11:00AM to 8:00PM
7. Should be willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis
8. Experience in Educational Tech Sales Background
Students will call you regards to Analytical courses, you should explain those details and make them to get admitted for the course and follow up on same.
Salary : Negotiable for exceptional candidates
