Admission Manager (1-15 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of Admission Manager.

Brief:
- Minimum years of Experience required: 1 year
- Age Bar: upto 35 years
- Salary Offered: upto 5 lacs per annum
Purpose :
- To maximize the admissions for Training, and consistently keep achieving the targets set by management.
Job Description :
- Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries.
- Responsible for Business Development & career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
- Tele-calling & follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.
- Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual student enrollment budgets.
- Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.
- Coordinating with Faculty & Centre Manager for organizing student selection procedure.
- Lead generation seminars in colleges, RWA and community halls
- Support center head on placement activities & MIS
