Qualification : 12th/Graduate
Work Location : Jaya Nagar Bangalore
Experience : 1 to 4 years experience in students counseling Mandatory
Job Description :
- Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in-Person, during the admission process
- Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.
- Guiding students to choose right course in right college
- Colleges Comparison & Complete admission process management
- Regular follow up with leads
- Converting students and enquiries to admissions
- Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.
- Willingness to work in extra time if required
- Dedicated to work and achieve targets.
- Candidate will be responsible for calling and handling of students
- Candidate must have proven a good admission conversion in their previous jobs
- Candidate must possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have had experience in counselling students
- Confident to achieve individual targets
- Graduate in any stream with min 1-5 years experience in counselling
- Excellent Communication in Kannada and English
