Admission Counselor - Sales - Education (8-15 yrs)
- Manage and Execute the admission process
1. Meet and counsel prospective students and parents for generating leads
- Attending the walk-ins and appointments (via tele-calls) as the case may be.
- Conducting a counseling session that involves - a overall brief or selective information (as the case may be) about the organsiation, courses offered, fees structure, admission process and more as mentioned in the the organsiation
- Taking for a campus walk to distinctively highlight the design quotient.
- Recording the information generated in the given format.
2. Tele-call the data base as maintained to generate leads
- Greet and inform the objective of the call by establishing a link (as mentioned in the notes) with TDV.
- Proceed by providing an overview of TDV or selective information as the case may be.
- Refer the TDV notes for updated information pass on.
- Record the information generated in the given format
3. Manage leads for conversion through Walk-ins, Tele calls, and online ( the organsiation Insta page; TDV website ; consultant query window)
- Act to fix meetings with senior manager to better handle the confusions.
- Act to fix meetings with senior faculties and domain experts as required.
- Guide the process for entrance form download, filling, submission and payments.
- Handle the queries (imp. dates, fee structure, facilities provided etc.) from waitlisted and accepted students to ensure the conversion (fee submission).
4. Database Management at multiple touch points starting from generation of a query till fee submission
- Lead generations through walk-ins, phone calls-incoming & outgoing, design days, workshops, fairs and events.
- Admission forms submitted and paid.
- Admit cards center wise.
- Result collation and declaration.
- Details of fee submission including scholarships offered.
- Details of hostel accommodation applied for and paid.
- University registration forms and documents ( as required by SVU).
- Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned and meaningful database like - maintaining all the above region wise and consultant wise, as required.
5. Execute all communication thoughtfully with precision from the database as mentioned above in approved formats and channels (e-mail ids & postal carefully verified).

6. Maintaining the database of Current batches -
- Maintain the database of fees record (semester wise) and keep a check on late submission of fees - Tuition Fees, Hostel Fees .
- Maintaining the database of the students according to respective programs.
7. Coordinate for entrance exam at multiple centers
- Strategically decide the dates for two main entrance exams along with important deadlines.
- Announce the exam dates at multiple platforms (consultants, website, social media and workshops).
- Communications to be conceptualized designed and generated including posts, presentations, videos, collaterals along with the workshop themes at specific points in time throughout the duration of each admission cycle.
- Meet the targets for filled forms both online and offline. The payment of the same to be accounted for.
- Prepare a team of invigilators - appoint, delegate and orient them for their roles and responsibilities.
- Prepare a team as support function - appoint, delegate and orient them for their roles and responsibilities. .
- Decide and confirm the no. and location of centers pan India.
- Check for timely and smooth proceeding of all procedures towards the exam printing of exam papers
- Preparation and dispatch of prospectus kit
- Issuing of admit cards
- Preparation of situation test kits
- Ensure the exam to be conducted in the fairest of ways with parity across centers for assessment.
- Ensure the organisation's campus and other centers are well equipped and organized to allow for the exam to be conducted.
