Admission Counselor - Sales - Edtech (1-4 yrs)
Job Description: Academic Counselor
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: Up to - 35,000 in-hand (CTC up to - 40,000)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our EdTech team in Bangalore. As an Academic Counselor, you will guide students in making informed decisions about their educational goals, provide personalized counseling, and drive enrollments for our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions via calls, video meetings, or in-person interactions.
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and persuasive information.
- Maintain records of student inquiries and follow up to ensure enrollment targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales or counseling roles (preferably in EdTech or Realestate) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
