Role : Admission Counsellor/Senior Admission Counsellor
Experience Required : Fresher to 4 yrs of experience (in sales)
Location : Noida
Interview : 1 round F2F Walkin-Drive On 7.6.23
Compensation : for fresher- 4 lpa fixed & 4 lpa variable (based on performance)
For 1+ yr exp holder- 5 lpa fixed & 4 lpa variable (based on performance)
Working Days : 5 days ( rotational)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to manage and convert leads for versatile UpGrad program which are in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes such as IITB, NIMMS,IMT Ghaziabad, Deakin Business School, IITM Liverpool Business School, MICA.
2. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, e-mail, chat and social media.
3. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
4. Details pertaining to lead discussion & conversion should be updated real time on CRM (Salesforce)software.
5. Responsible for Adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
Requirements :
1. Excellent written and spoken communication skill (English proficiency)
2. Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what upGrad is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
3. Approachable and vibrant personality.
4. Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
5. Basic proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Outllok, Word, Excel )
6. Fresher must be a graduate .
