Seeking a FT admission counselor with prior expertise in counselling students for global universities / abroad. ( U.S/U.K/ CANADIAN ECTC)

Should be open to travel to Dubai for short Product Training too incase required by the client.

Must- From education industry specifically dealing in overseas education

Work Location - Delhi ( Saket)

Purpose - The Destination/ Counselor (Subject Matter Expert)is responsible for the delivery of revenue and profit objectives and will work with the region/country/destination/office teams towards establishing Techpro as an admired and respected service provider for the destination.

Performance Metrics -

- Revenue Generation for the specified region. Assessing market conditions, developing business plans and executing market strategies.

- Students enrollment, conversion of applications to visa processing, actual registration of students

Key Responsibilities : 

Strategic : 

- Client Relations / Development; accountable for client development, counselling skills in specific country, application quality control and client wise analytics

- Counsellor Training and Certification (destination knowledge, converting lead to committed, application management, visa counselling and pre departure)

- Application Quality Control

- Events organization

- Sharing Best Practice

- Analytics and Reporting

- Marketing and Business Development

- Formulate a market strategy to build, enhance and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

- Assess and examine the development and execution of the market strategy.

Profile :

- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in marketing and client management with a track record of success that indicates high level business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach

- Leadership & People Management, Effective Delegation

- Experienced in training material development and training delivery

- Experience within relevant destination country education sector

- Excellent communication skills across all key channels - oral (including presentations), written and non verbal

- Sound IT Skills

- Good Analytical skills

- Strong problem solving & creative skills

Work Experience - 4-8 years
