Location : Pune

Responsibilities :

- Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options in USA & Canada including suitable courses and institutions.

- Reach out to potential student leads through responding to face to face enquiries and emails in a timely manner, with accurate and relevant information.

- Knowing our courses and scope of services inside and out so that you can answer student related queries.

- Recommend our programs or courses to potential students by analyzing student's interests and collecting student's academic details.

- Go the extra mile to engage students/parents by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

- Schedule and conduct phone discussions and office meetings to accurately convey course/ program information whilst ensuring that each students' needs are being met. This includes advising students with respect to admissions requirements, processes and qualification options.

- Assist students in determining an appropriate shortlist of applications to submit, thereby ensuring effective use of counselling time.

- Support the student through the admissions, visa and pre departure processes.

- Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families, clients and colleagues.

- Interpreting academic regulations, program and degree requirements for the students

- Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/Universities in USA & Canada and use the knowledge in helping students to pursue their higher studies

- Provide insights on career outcomes based on their preferred options.

- Use popular CRM systems to manage and nurture student leads as well as collaborate with colleagues.

Essential requirements :

- Educated to at least bachelor's degree level or equivalent and MBA degree(Marketing) if applicable will be an advantage

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent planning and multitasking skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience into overseas education/international student recruitment

- Well versed with counselling and onboarding processes for countries like USA and Canada

- Ability to learn on your own and research best study options for students
