Job Description : Academic Counselor/Sales Executive
- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor/Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outreach calls, continuously updating our database, and achieving sales targets.
- To excel in this role, you should be a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for sales growth. Ultimately, a successful Academic Counselor/Sales Executive will build strong rapport with candidates and effectively close deals.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Address and resolve candidate inquiries, questions, and complaints.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM and student database.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate actively in sales team meetings.
- Conduct research on colleges and universities to identify new placement opportunities.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Interest in digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
