Hiring for a Leading Global EdTech Company

Role : Admission Counsellor (Study Abroad)

Location : Noida & Mumbai

Work Mode : Work from Office

Working Days : 5.5 Days a Week

Work Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM

Compensation : Up to 7-7.5 LPA Fixed + 4 LPA Variable (Average 10-30% hike could be provided on current/previous fixed salary)

Interview Type : 1st Round Virtual & Final Round Face-to-Face

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Admission Counsellor who excels in a customer-centric environment and is enthusiastic about the evolving education sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, understanding prospective students' needs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. You should be comfortable making multiple calls per day, working with channel partners, and converting leads into enrollments.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and convert leads for a variety of programs in collaboration with prestigious universities and institutes.

- Provide comprehensive information to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.

- Identify and leverage references from the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.

- Update lead discussions and conversion details in real-time using CRM (Salesforce) software.

- Adhere to inside sales processes, tools, and data management protocols.

- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue and enrollments.

- Handle objections and negotiate pricing to achieve sales goals.

- Maintain effective communication with learners throughout the onboarding process.

Skills Required :

- Preferred Experience : BPO/KPO or EdTech industries.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong sales orientation with the ability to clearly articulate the company's offerings.

- Approachable, vibrant personality with patience and strong empathy.

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

- Team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is desirable.
