AdMedia Technologies India Private Limitedhas seen tremendous growth throughout our organization and we- re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in New Dehli. In this role you- ll work on growing revenue across both new and existing Demand Side Platform integrations; you will be crucial to maintaining existing relationships, expanding our business and fostering deeper partnerships with DSPs on the APAC and EU. In that capacity you will be called upon to source new partnerships, develop contacts, integrate new sources of demand and build a realistic pipeline for integration into the AdMedia.
In support of the AdMedia Demand team, the Manager will be become a dependable resource for existing business as well as work to prospect and acquire new business. This role will require strategy, resilience, and innovative thinking. Depth of knowledge of our offering, as well as overall market conditions and dynamics, will be vital for success. You will also need to turn a critical eye inward and highlight areas that are currently lacking in our offering that can lead to more demand. This is a highly visible, client facing position that requires strong organizational skills, creative thinking and professionalism. Internally, the role requires constant communication and knowledge sharing with sell-side and buy-side team leads, as well as senior management. You will:
- Become an expert on the AdMedia platform, our unique position and the value this affords our partners. This includes a comprehensive understanding of differentiators, capabilities and demand side offering (value proposition, publisher supply composition, API, RTB platform features)
- Work with marketing to develop networking opportunities with new and existing buyers
- Attend relevant industry events as well as travel to clients to present quarterly business reviews and find new and interesting ways to engage our partners and bring them together
- Collaborate with the PMP team to identify and manage new deals as well as ensure health of deals day-to-day and week-to-week
- Develop a high degree of operating proficiency with our platform and identify and prioritize new enhancements based on demand side asks in addition to your own industry insights
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years professional experience with 1-2 years in the advertising/marketing industry (with a focus on programmatic buying and/or Ad Tech)
- A detailed understanding of the online advertising landscape and value chain - don't be afraid to do some research
- A proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with demonstrated ability to initiate and grow strategic relationships
- The ability to create and formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan combined with heightened business acumen and negotiation skills. You must be able to develop business proposals and negotiate term sheets/contracts
- Experience developing compelling business cases based on evaluating quantitative and qualitative market and customer data
