AdMedia - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
Strategizes and Planning in capturing new business.
- Mentoring and Directing the sales to procure that business.
- Mapping of the industries and geographies that exist.
- Ability to work with C-level and Fortune 1000 clients
- Responsible for new business development of enterprise-level clients, and strategic account management Responsible for accounts, contractor headcount and revenue
- Work with the executive leadership team to implement an effective internal process within the PAN India Region to ensure that internal standards are met by all active recruiting teams and will work with regional account managers to ensure accomplishment of all contract line KPIs and goals.
- Research and execute on lead generation strategy targeting new enterprise accounts
- Conduct outgoing sales calls with current enterprise clients to expand scope of work
- Work with field recruiters on leads that escalate to enterprise account status
- Manage delivery of enterprise accounts within the PAN India region
- Help develop new marketing strategies for the contracting business line
- Assist in negotiating SOW and contract MSA terms for enterprise accounts
- Assist in account management for VMS accounts
- Assist leadership with increasing contract business line revenue by providing training, field engagement/support, sales assessment and onsite implementation sessions when required
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. Experience hitting and exceeding sales goals and delivering results
2. Prior leadership / management experience required
3. Should have worked in sales with a hunter approach
4. Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Should be Team-oriented
7. Should be able to work with teams at all levels in the organization
8. Ability to manage the sales pipeline
9. Experience working in a fast paced, competitive, goals-oriented environment
10. Experience in contract solutions and enterprise account development and account management
11. Experience as an accomplished process facilitator (ex: client/candidate engagement, valuable advisory work, expert communication skills, strong follow through, excellent negotiation and closure skills)
12. Experience or strong knowledge of various Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
13. Experience developing staff and building a successful internal recruiting team
