Description

AdMedia Technologies India Private Limited is a fast growing digital ad platform. We are looking for a Director or Senior Manager of Programmatic Ad and Revenue Operations to oversee the set-up and delivery of programmatic advertising programs including private marketplace, automated guaranteed, RTB and audience extension programs. The Director will own and execute the partner platforms utilized for programmatic sales operations. This person will be responsible for inventory and revenue forecasting, programmatic and ad serving technology integration, overall campaign operations, and programmatic sales support. The ideal candidate has experience with a digital publisher, agency, or ad tech company.

Position Responsibilities

- Manage all functions of Programmatic Ad Operations and Indirect Revenue Generation including, but not limited to, sales planning, through campaign setup, to ongoing campaign optimization to help achieve client and company goals

- Responsible for implementation of Supply Side Platforms (e.g., Deal IDs) and coordination with Web dev team

- Manage Ad Operations and troubleshoot critical campaign and ad serving issues

- Evaluate and enhance Sales and Ad Operations workflow and best practices

- Lead and communicate critical updates on all aspects of AdOps responsibilities and initiatives: Setup, Trafficking, Troubleshooting and Vendor Certifications

- Serve as a point of escalation for both technical support within AdOps, as well as operational and workflow issues with other internal teams

- Operational Readiness Planning - play a key role in providing feedback and guidance on new direct and indirect revenue initiatives, product roll-outs and technical capabilities

- Provide hands-on assistance with any escalations as they pertain to ad implementation, creative issues and troubleshooting, ad tagging, third party integrations, inventory and/or campaigns delivery discrepancies.

- Be an in-house expert for all things ad tech.

- Track and provide insightful data on Monthly Team KPIs to Senior Management

Skill Requirements

- 5+ years of experience working with ad technology (i.e. platforms, products, and monetization) and managing ad campaigns

- Bachelors Degree education level

- Understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, RTB / DSPs / SSPs / DMPs

- Deep knowledge of common ad serving and supply side programmatic systems, such as Google DFP/AdX, AppNexus, OpenX, Rubicon

- Proficient understanding of HTML, page/ad tag coding and technical problem solving.

- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

- Solid understanding of relevant campaign metrics, including conversion tracking

- Familiarity with developer tools used for troubleshooting ad issues across all ad types including display, video, and mobile (Chrome developer tools, Charles, Fiddler, Firebug, Tamper, etc.)
