Admatazz - Group Head - Content & Copy (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Group Head Content & Copy to oversee the content and copywriting strategy for our organization. The Group Head Content & Copy will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content plan that aligns with our business objectives and brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating compelling copy and content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand identity

- Manage a team of content writers and copywriters to ensure high-quality content creation across various platforms

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our content is relevant and engaging

- Review and edit all content and copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

- Ensure all content is optimized for Social Media channels

- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and copywriting, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role

- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content across various platforms

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Social Mbest practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
