Adixsoft Technologies - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Responsibility:
- Sales experience in National or International market.
- Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Elance, Guru, Freelancer etc.
- Generating new Business for wide range of Digital Services.
- Project management, data analytics-based decision making, Proposal modeling (RFP/RFQ) and CSD based process, Account conversion and Client handling Deal Negotiations, Closures.
- Experience with Lead generator, Calling,Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups and also coordinate with technical team.
- Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client.
- Use social media well to generate sales leads.
- Ability to handle pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines. Maintain top order client relation and be able to maintain them in all situations.
- Analyze business challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for same.
6 Months experience Candidate can also apply who have good communication skill and good knowledge of IT for BDM/BDE.
