Aditya Music India - Manager - Digital Marketing - Ads Vertical (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Expert in managing all paid campaigns.
- Must be able to handle online third party campaigns.
- Deciding the monthly budget assignment and allocation for each platform.
- Responsible for Ad Inventory.
- Responsible for ROI.
- Must be able to do strategic level digital marketing for every new release.
- Must have hands on experience in handling paid campaigns.
- Experience in dealing with cross promotions.
- Should work on in house subscriber base.
- Must have knowledge in buying bulk inventory.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Maintaining the social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across online/offline, paid social, SEM, programmatic, video, emerging platforms etc..
- Establish and manage test-and-learn plans to continuously optimize media investments.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign performance data
- Excellent understanding of online advertising metrics and KPIs
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Candidates from Media & Entertainment Industry are preferable
- Must have working knowledge in paid campaigns (Google Ads - YouTube Ads/Video Ads)
- Should be creative in framing the strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related fields.
- Minimum 3-6 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Languages: Telugu, English and Hindi.
Basic Details : Working Days : Monday to Saturday.
Working Hours : 10 am to 7 pm. Work from office.
Location : Narayanguda, Hyderabad.
