Aditya Music - Channel Manager - Video Platform (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Optimize YouTube videos to create clean and consistent content for the channel with help of a team
- Understand and develop plans for youtube channel strategy
- Develop close, professional relationships with partners through various communication mediums
- Track, analyze, and report key opportunities for growth and/or change on the channel
- Competition analysis
- Make Promotional plans for channel content on various platforms.
- Perform as a frontline resource for YouTube best practices (need to be aware of SEO, end cards, I cards, playlists)
- Be up-to-date on industry trends and providing ongoing YouTube channel growth strategy to team
- Provide expertise in creating documentation and other resources relevant to partners
- Track and analyze metrics and activities pertaining to everyday activities on the channel (such a growth, revenue, CPMs, retention dates, etc.)
Requirements :
- Experience 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- Communication skills (Written and Verbal) in English, Telugu and Hindi Languages
- Graduate in any field or relevant experience in the media, music, entertainment, and/or technology industry
- Good understanding of music/movie content and music/movie industry dynamics.
- Proven relationship management skills (clients and team)
- An excellent understanding of the YouTube platform
- YouTube Certified (check once)
- Strong understanding of Social Media
- Skilled in using spreadsheets and creating reports
- Mastery of Office Suite (MS or Google), in particular with Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work Location : Narayanguda Hyderabad. Work from office.
- Working days and Hours: Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
- Job Type : Full-time
- Pay : 380,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year
