Position - Cluster Manager - Franchisee with Aditya Birla Money Ltd
- Responsible for Franchsiee acquisition & revenue generation
- To activate franchisees and engage with them on regular basis to achieve strong sales growth
- To be responsible for revenue targets as well client acquisition and activation by supporting the day-to-day dealings with franchisees and ensure corrective action
- To ensure compliance with franchisee certification and registration norms
- To support and service the Franchisees in solving business exigencies and policies
- To ensure adequate product training and development programmes for the franchisee partners
- To provide Franchisee acquisition support for the regional sales teams
- To be on the lookout for new opportunities and new entrants in the Market
- Shall be responsible to manage South Gujarat
