Using your ability to lead a team of talented individuals who can provide deep insights on the product, create different looks inline with the requirement and trends in vogue and establish emotional connect with the customer , you shall
1. Recruit ,Train and motivate the team to deliver on highest standards of Product knowledge, Customer Connect & Service and Processes & SOPs.
2. Generate & Increase business in stores, performance on various Sales & Process KPIs and Customer Feedback essentials.
3. Think proactively on creating incremental business opportunities by mapping potential and competition in the catchment.
4. Own Merchandize, Store and People health, SOPs & compliances.
5. Always ensure the right culture and safety for customers & people in store.
