Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail - Manager - Social Media (5-8 yrs)
To develop, implement, track and optimize the company's social media presence across various platforms in alignment with the business objective and marketing goals.
The person will have a strong grasp of social media platforms, current trends and best practices, and will be able to lead the company's social media strategy.
- Create, curate and manage all types of content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to customer queries in the brand's voice over social media platform.
- Participate in conversations online wherever essential with the aim of delighting the customer / follower.
- Work closely with different functions within the organization to get a bird's eye view of what we can talk about, especially the marketing and buying team.
- Oversee relevant imagery (i.e.: Facebook cover, profile pic, Twitter profile etc.).
- Analyse key metrics across platforms and use those learnings to tweak content strategy as needed.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Analyse campaign successes and failures to use as recommendations and plans for changing social media strategy.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
