Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge of GPS-based VTS (Vehicle Tracking System).
- Good Communication with customers by telephone, and email.
- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been raised by customers.
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as login issues or technical Issues.
- Arranging and Coordinating with the engineers for Installation and troubleshooting of devices.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers/persons.
- Learning about your organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
- Preparing Engineer Performance reports every month.
- Taking a scheduled dump of non-working devices and doing follow-up with the customers for the same.
- Strategically support clients by giving correct Tracking solutions.
- Played an active role in tapping new high-revenue-generating customers.
- Solving online and practical queries and working as Lead Technical Support Engineer in a reputed technical team.
- Establish and maintain product service and support setup.
- Support local sales teams in technical queries for customers and corporate
