Client Relations Executive

As a Client Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries promptly, and sharing comprehensive product price details. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of Ayurvedic products and their benefits.

Job Responsibilities-

- Respond promptly to client inquiries received through social media platforms and other communication channels.

- Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic products, including pricing, ingredients, usage instructions, and potential benefits.

- Manage and track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely shipment details.

- Resolve any issues related to order delays, damaged products, or missing items, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Establish strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

- Provide personalized assistance to clients by understanding their specific needs and recommending appropriate Ayurvedic products.

- Maintain a database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference an improved service.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving

issues, and exceeding expectations.

Job Requirements-

- Proven experience in client relations or customer service.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in social media platforms, specifically Instagram and WhatsApp, for client
interactions.

- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and find satisfactory resolutions.

- Familiarity with order management and tracking systems is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
