Required Area Sales Managers /Sales managers/SSO/SO to market Herbal, Beauty & Personal care, hair care, skin care. OTC & some pharma products/Health care products, Ayurvedic products through channel sales with Market Rapport and Team of Staff.
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum 2-5 years experience compulsory as FMCG Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager
Priority : Candidates with good exposure in handling Big businesses with moderate to high investment, who had excelled in handling Business preferably in FMCG / OTC/Pharma/Cosmetics sector, Having Own Team of confidences.
Product line: Herbal Beauty & Personal care, Haircare, skin care products / Ayurvedic Potions for tropical application, through Retail/Distributor/Super Stockiest Operations (Abridged Market Infrastructure).

CTC -INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Individual and Team incentive with Achievers apart from Gross Salary & Expenses

The Candidate should have the following essential qualities.
1. Candidates who are willing for hard core FMCG sector for growth and higher package.
2. He should be well aware of channel sales discipline & operations like SS, Distributors, Dealers , Retailers etc.
3. He must have the necessary exposure of sales & Marketing and should possess necessary skills and qualities of experienced marketing person.
Rapport with personnel and distributors of FMCG/OTC/ HERBAL & AYURVEDIC line could be an asset but not essential.
4. He must have the exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products.
5. He must have the ready network of financially sound parties viz. Super Stockiest, Distributors and required distribution channel for the Assigned territory.
6. He must come in the job with the ready team of marketing personnel of different order. A ready Team of Marketing Personnel of Different order will Be an advantage.
7. He must be experienced and well verse in product launches, product promotion in the market with time line.
8. He must be capable of handling large territories, and network.
9. He must take up the onus and responsibility of achieving sales targets forwarded by the Company from time to time.
10. Minimum enhancement of 20-25% with this job offer.
11. He should be experienced in promoting products in beauty parlors & salon, medical shops and retail counters.
