AdHome - Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
- AdHome is a digital media platform connecting Advertisers and Publishers, communities.
- We are looking to hire a Sales Manager for Bangalore and manage our complete sales portfolio in the city.
The candidate will be responsible for :
- Building the complete sales process
- Manage complete Income for the sales cycle
- Lead Generation, promotions and handling
- Monthly MIS reports
- Field sales visits and managing a team of sales executives
- Achieving sales target including that of the entire team
- Training the team with the best practices of sales generation
- Communicating and Meeting with prospective clients
- Handling existing clients and develop further relationships and business

Salary : 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month (50% mix of fixed pay and incentives)
Schedule : Day shift
Supplemental Pay : Commission pay, Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus
