Role summary
Responsible for lead generation and lead servicing of HNI and UHNI prospects and potential customers. Being an integral part of Navi Mumbai's No. 1 Real Estate developer, which currently operates in the real estate domain. To ensure higher booking conversion through better data predictability powered by enhanced personal engagement with super HNI base creating the right fit between the prospect and product. The core responsibilities are understanding the consumer's requirements, need creation, servicing the assigned leads and also to nurture and harvest them.
Role description
- Relationship driven calling; role of a Realty Portfolio Manager (RPM) on niche prospect database of HNI from CRM
- Solution selling to create right product fitment at the right time creating value for customers
- Customer relationship building/nurturing during lean period
- Introduce brand & RPM role & gather information, assess needs & segment as active/passive seeker
- Single point of contact for the customer who understands his Realty needs and hence creating an epitome of value
- Servicing of leads generated from the ATL and BTL Marketing activities
- To generate quality walk-ins using need creation techniques via tele-calling for various residential and commercial projects
- Responsible for an end to end customer lifecycle management from a Presales standpoint
- Lead nurturing and Strategic Lead Business Management (SLBM) to ensure the right product is pitched to the customer using a consultative approach; thus contributing to overall revenue margins
- Responsible for supporting the front end sales team at - Site- with detailed customer inputs and specific real estate requirements
- Responsible for being the SPOC at - Site- for all clients soured by Presales contact center
- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships and rapport building with customers
- Referral Generation
- Continuous engagement & nurturing with the - cr- me de la cr- me- base assigned on CRM and parallelly supporting the contact center teams on prolonged VC/VP/FW pipeline by tapping in real-time need & pitching right product at the right time thus creating urgency
Preferred profile
Educational qualifications
1. Graduate degree / diploma - Any specialization
2. Good academic profile throughout his/her career
Work experience (if applicable)
1. Up to 12 months of work experience in a Presales / Relationship Management / Tele-sales role (either Sales / Customer Care Associate / Customer Relationship Manager) in banks / wealth management / PE firms / consumer durables / hospitality etc.
2. Prior work experience in Lead generation campaign role will be an added advantage.
3. Should not have any prior work experience in Real estate
Functional knowledge & technical ability
1. Understanding of Lead Generation process & Presales workflow
2. Ability to meaningfully engage with customers and build relationships
3. Needs to have hands on knowledge of MS Office Tools.
4. Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage.
5. Supremacy in professionalism and finesse while speaking to clients
