ADG Online Solution - Manager - Digital Marketing - Lead Generation (1-5 yrs)
- Standardize and optimize the process for capturing, tracking, and reporting on internet leads / sales.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation opportunities through digital advertising channels such as social media, SEM, SEO, and email marketing.
- Leverage a suite of analytical data to make data-based decisions and recommendations for improving the online sales process.
- Development and implementation of lead scoring models and strategies.
- Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge of the Company's sales process, product, and markets.
- Manage on-line reputation and develop communication processes to address areas of need.
- Work with technical staff and vendors, as needed, to address requirements and technical issues.
- Develop expertise and maintain proficiency in systems used for lead tracking.
- Create and deliver proposal and presentations to senior managers/decision makers.
- Work with staff to access and analyze data on sales activity and end-of-funnel conversions.
- Prepare, maintain, and complete schedules, records, and paperwork as necessary to carry out job duties.
- Stay well-informed of industry events and trends.
- Conduct budget review and suggest recommendations on an annual basis.
- Analyze the success-level of lead cultivation and conversion activities.
- May also be called upon to assist with projects and supervise other Marketing employees as needed.
- Must sometimes complete projects with very short notice under extreme time constraints.
- Other duties as assigned.
