Adfactors PR - Account Director - Sales - Digital Marketing Services (10-15 yrs)
- Will lead on directly understanding client briefs, creating customized solutions, briefing different team members, synchronizing their workstreams, putting together the deck, and participating in business development pitches.
- Broad exposure to digital marketing including content marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, digital reputation management, and maybe even website design, SEO, and marketing tech.
- Will be responsible with equal weightage for i) managing a 10-15 member team and managing the revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and upsell/ cross-sell for 10-15 retainer clients ii) creating digital solutions for PR clients, pitching to them, and converting them into retainer clients, and iii) doing proactive business development, creating a pipeline of new leads, and converting them into retainer clients
