- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor and manage the brand's online presence, ensuring a positive reputation across digital platforms. Respond to reviews, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity. Provide actionable insights to enhance brand strategies and identify potential opportunities or threats.

- Crisis Management: Identify, assess, and address potential PR crises in real-time. Develop and execute crisis communication plans to mitigate risks and protect the brand's reputation. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage crisis situations effectively.

- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on ORM and social listening activities. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in brand communication strategies.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in ORM, social listening, and crisis management.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Proficiency with social listening tools and ORM platforms.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations with tact.
