Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate contracts and offer demos convincing the contact about the product fitment.
- The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales
- This individual must be highly motivated, self - starter with an ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing market research, walk ins to industrial areas, database etc.,
- Should be proactive to follow - up with leads.
- Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Addnectar solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting
- follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Addnectar can address those needs.
- Work with the CTO to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
