Addazz Online Services - Senior Sales Manager (2-5 yrs)
We are an offline and online marketplace for wall decor including photographs and paintings prints (www.picsdream.com) Set up by a serial entrepreneur and photographer, Picsdream is already the choice for many hotel chains.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who would be responsible for B2B sales of our Wall D- cor products to Hotels, Corporate Offices, Architects, Interior Designers, and Real Estate Companies. He / She would be responsible for on-boarding clients, developing customer relationships & initiating sales. This person will be responsible for understanding customer needs & aligning those with the product offerings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Introduction of the product to prospective buyers across categories & segments
- Identifying sales opportunities - Good quality research on the various category of buyers across segments mentioned above
- Responsible for on-boarding buyers
- Developing product centric selling strategies
- Regular communication of buyers- feedback with the content team for continuous improvements
- Responding to Customer's requirements
- Meeting Sales Targets
Skill Sets :
- Excellent Spoken and Written English
- Pleasing Personality
- Self-motivated and Team Player
- Ability to interact with Senior Management of Target Companies
- Likes Field Sales
Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduate Degree. An MBA would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 yrs experience desirable but not essential for the right person. Working in the same/ similar industry would be an added advantage.
