Overview :
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the product-led growth initiatives at Adapt.io ranging from customer and user acquisition to on-boarding to retention. You will work closely with the leadership team to explore 10x ideas, identify problems and propose solutions, team up with engineers, designers to implement and test your ideas thereby driving measurable results.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with product and sales teams and establish effective frameworks, metrics, and processes to inform Adapt's product strategy
- Collaborate with the team to drive UI/UX and product roadmap to improve customer experience
- Optimize customer conversion and retention in service of revenue expansion through product innovation
- Speed product's time to value to reduce sales cycle time
What we're seeking :
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Growth marketer.
- Experience in Lead generation and engagement via email marketing.
- Experience in Digital marketing /advertising (Google +Facebook ads)
- Has worked closely on editing content or working with the content team for creating collateral.
- Product lead growth (self serve revenue/subscription-based).
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
- Fantastic problem-solving abilities, analytical horsepower, attention to detail, and a willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective.
- Is comfortable in working with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel or equivalents.
