Adapt - Outbound Sales Development Role (2-5 yrs)

We are searching for Outbound Sales to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for finding sales leads.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of target companies and learning who makes decisions.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
- Identify, Develop and advance opportunities through the sales cycle through outbound telesales activities
- Apply effective organisation and time management skills to include: call volume management (both new and callbacks) and timely follow up activities
- Tailor Adapt.io's value proposition and capabilities to the individual client's business needs in order to maximise the opportunity and build value to help close the sale
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects
- Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.
- Experience using CRM is preferred.
SKILLS
- 2+ years prior sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an ever-changing environment
- Bachelors degree
