Adani Group - Executive - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
1. Should have in-depth knowledge of core digital marketing strategies and concepts.
2. Must be a graduate in Marketing or related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reputed Digital marketing agency and should be able to handle multiple clients at a time.
3. Should have experience in Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing (Paid Campaigns), Social Media Management, Media Planning, etc., and full understanding of all social media platforms.
4. Should be open to learning new concepts and upgrading the existing skills and knowledge.
5. Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
6. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
7. Understanding the key measurement tools available and working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Suite, etc.)
8. Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google or Facebook updates and changes in algorithms
9. Having creative and good presentation skills
10. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
11. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
12. Plans, execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests
13. Ability to work in big team and collaborate with different stakeholders
14. Proficiency in writing SHORT FORM CONTENT ( 1 resource)

Proficiency in managing social media calendar and posting on time on all channels (2nd resource)
