Business Development and Growth Partner :
We are looking for a multifaceted candidate who likes to work in a hands-on way, who can understand and contribute substantially to each type of project by anticipating the client's needs.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for building strong client relationships, growing and nurturing them throughout the year.
2. Should be strong communicators, and be able to network and build a client base.
3. Responsible for budgeting, negotiating and closure of enquiries.
4. Creating sales pipeline and overseeing multiple client projects simultaneously
5. Coordinating with the development team and ensures timely delivery of projects.
6. Ensure briefs, contracts, and invoicing are all done correctly and on time
You bring to the organization the following competencies :
1. A high energy, positive, can-do personality
2. 2+ years of business development/Sales experience. Prior experience in a Web/App development or Digital company will be an added advantage.
3. A passion to work with startups
4. Deeply accountable and operationally minded
5. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
6. "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude
7. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
