Job description :
- An Education Counsellor is a professional individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support, and counseling.
- Good Communication - English, Hindi
- Listening Skills, Empathy, Communication Skills & Convincing Power
- Need to do outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis.
- Counsel the students for various courses offered by the University/Institute
- Effectively manage the leads allocated & maintain the students follow up record using CRM
- Need to convert the leads into paid applications (weekly and monthly targets involved)
Required Candidate profile :
- 0-2 years of experience ( Freshers can also apply )
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred
- Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults.
