Ad Sales Role - Customer Engagement & Experience Platform (5-10 yrs)
- Our client is first and leading AI/ML-powered customer engagement and experience platform (CEE) that helps B2C brands increase engagement, conversions, revenue and retention.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify and engage potential clients for performance-based advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Present and pitch performance ad solutions to clients and agencies.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their advertising goals and providing tailored solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal operations team, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client feedback.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in performance-based advertising sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including mobile app marketing, attribution platforms, programmatic advertising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
