Job Description:
Marketing :
- The incumbent will develop and lead a team of sales engineers for the assigned regions
- Preparing a thorough database of potential distributor companies for products in assigned region.
- Generate distributor enquiry in designated countries by creating awareness for company's products through
Internet, Mailer, Advertise and Promotion for each country.
- Get the thorough knowledge of the product segments and penetrate in designated countries.
- Explore all possible opportunities for promotion in these countries.
- Gather Market intelligence including potential distributor, competitor business and possible potential business for each given country and report it to management.
- Search for the potential international shows in the designated region through various mediums & report it to the management.
- Visit these countries for meeting existing distributor or for finding new and appropriate distributor & generate business.
- Motivate the distributor for achieving higher sales by increasing their presence and helping him to sell more in their region. Also motivate them to participate important show in their region and support them for the same.
- Evaluate daily customer enquiry coming through various portals and convert it in to business
- Play active role in updation & upgradation of the website & other internet promotion platforms
- Strive to achieve the periodically given sales target
Adminstration :
- Organize training for distributor's engineer of the designated countries and assist and join them in such session as and when required
- Co-ordinate as link between distributor and service department to ensure good and efficient service support to distributor. Convey all the service queries effectively to the engineer & the management, ensuring to get it solved
- Projection of orders to factory every month in order plan logistic and delivery in time
- Sales report to be submitted every month
- Assist in creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer

- Good command over using Internet and computer.
- Strong client management skills and capable for problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
- BE / B.Tech in Electronic/ Electronics & Telecommunication
- Experience in Sales & handling the key accounts
- Age Limit : Between 27 to 32 years
