What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience managing all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, content strategy, web analytics, link building, page ranking, DA etc. Also, has experience with campaigns planning & execution on various digital channels (LinkedIn, Google etc) and emails. Would be a plus if the candidate has exposure to any marketing automation tools, CRM, and SEO tools.
What you'll be doing :
- Execute & manage the regular efforts on On-Page, Off-Page SEO (link building) with Technical SEO in consideration.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Perform detailed monthly SEO audits to identify gaps and take corrective actions
- Monitor and improve website performance
- Analyse visitor behaviour and efficacy of marketing campaigns
- Improve organic rankings in Google and other search engines through SEO and SEM
- Manage campaign planning, execution, and optimization strategy for brand awareness, generating demand, and nurturing targeted buyers across multiple countries through various digital channel
- Measure effectiveness of the campaigns as per the brand funnel and and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Use HubSpot, other automation and work management tools to execute, monitor, and measure all Digital Marketing activities
- Track and Analyze key performance indicators (traffic & other SEO aspects), report rankings, and recommend tactics to optimize further
- Coordinate with the team to adhere long-term strategies for effective content creation
- Stay up to date on SEO and digital marketing trends
What skills are we looking for?
- 2-4 years experience in a hands-on digital marketing position
- A good understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, and best practices
- End-to-end campaign execution experience, B2B experience preferred
- Deep understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as organic, PPC, Social, Display, Native, Search, Email, Video et al & associated metrics
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and digital marketing channels (LinkedIn etc)
- Hands-on experience with analytics platform like Google Analytics & HubSpot.
- Used SEMrush, Google Search Console and other SEO Tools and some knowledge on reporting.
- Basic Knowledge of Account Based Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
