Profile Overview:

We're looking for a talented candidate who can craft compelling emails and generate qualified leads for b2b business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources like LinkedIn, Data Mining, Cold Calling. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet (Zoom or Google Meet) with the business' decision makers to better understand their business needs and how our Services could help them.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Research, track, maintain, and update leads through lead generation strategies, attend webinars, follow-up, and cold calling.

- Identify and qualify new customers with defined ICP.

- Sending cold emails.

- Research and maintain databases.

- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Document all customer/leads information and conversations into the CRM system.

- Participating in all sales team meetings.

- Provide accurate and timely information to management.

- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's services to facilitate the lead generation process.

- Strong project and time management skills.

- Able to multitask, be organized, detail-oriented and have an ownership mentality.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- MBA/Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Excellent communication.

- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT BDE role is preferred.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Lead Generation, Market Research, Microsoft Office, Setting Appointments, Communication, Cold Calling, CRM Software, Needs Assessment.
