Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to support our business development efforts, contribute to sales strategies, and help drive new growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business growth, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, outreach, and networking.

- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to support the Business Development team in securing new business opportunities.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

- Data Management: Track and update lead and opportunity progress in the CRM system,ensuring accurate data reporting and pipeline management.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align efforts and optimize business development strategies.

- Administrative Support: Assist the Business Development Manager with day-to-day tasks, including coordinating meetings, scheduling calls, and handling inquiries from potential clients.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required.

Skills:

- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to research and analyze market trends.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
