Actolap Solutions - Manager - B2B Sales & Marketing (1-6 yrs)
This is an opportunity to work with Work Field force solutions provider, while playing a key role in evangelizing the company's flagship enterprise and SAAS application.
- 1-6 years combined experience in B2B sales and marketing
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits that will resonate with HR, IT, Sales and Operations buyers
- Come up with interesting insights to create a pipeline of sales and marketing campaigns
- Liase with PR to ensure coverage of products across India, US, and other key geographies
- Comfortable speaking in front of large and small groups, presenting to both internal and external audiences via conference calls, webinars and in-person events
- Track-record of a customer-first approach to solving problems as well as experience managing the demands of both sales reps and customers
- Strong writing skills required
- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where assigned tasks and roadmaps change frequently
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to get things done
- Enthusiasm to build a network across the organization, ranging from sales and marketing to product management, implementation and customer success
- Capable to work independently and embrace the role of problem solver: identify opportunities for product sales and marketing improvements, develop proposed solutions, and execute with limited guidance
- Passion for creativity is a plus - Should be creative and out of box thinker
- Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the rest of our team
- Willingness to travel
