Activation Specialist/Sales Professional - Fintech Startup (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for Graduate or Post Graduate eager to be a part of any early stage start up journey. You will be working closely with the Co-Founders of the organization through the course of your stint and be part of our initial pilots runs of customer acquisition and on-boarding.
- You will spend a lot of time with potential customers who wish to apply for a loan and guide them through the application journey.
- The exposure would give you invaluable insights about customer behavior, technology adoption, agile working styles in a start-up among and other learning that you would cherish as you build your career.

Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Work with Business Development Specialists and launch our loan products in partner locations - organizations, schools
2. On-board new customers by helping them complete application process using our app
3. Gather customer feedback and insights around behavior, preferences, challenges and loop it back to the other teams
4. Conduct recces and studies in specific localities to identify prospective partners
5. Maintain reports on activities for track and communicate progress
