Role and Responsibility:

- The objective of the role is to be responsible to get the customer to start investing in Journey on Monefy Platform through virtual channels.


- This role involves utilizing digital tools and platforms to engage with clients, provide advisory services, and drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Degree: Graduation/12+3

- Minimum Years: 2-4yrs

Main Accountabilities:

Client Activation:

- Engaging with customers to get them on Monefy Platform.

- Educating customers on Mutual fund returns.

- Understand their financial goals and risk appetite.

- Activating customer Investment in Mutual Funds.

Digital Engagement:

- Utilize digital channels such as video calls, chat, and email to engage with clients.

- Provide advisory services on securities investments.

Client Acquisition:

- Identify and onboard new clients through digital channels.

- Develop strategies to expand the client base.

Portfolio Reviews:

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide recommendations.

- Monitor market trends and communicate relevant insights to clients.

Digital Tools Utilization:

- Leverage digital tools and platforms for client interactions and account management.

- Stay updated on digital advancements in the securities industry.

Cross-Selling:

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other relevant financial products and services.

- Collaborate with product specialists for client needs.

Client Education:

- Educate clients on digital platforms and self-service options.

- Provide guidance on using digital tools effectively.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Implement risk mitigation measures in client interactions.

Performance Tracking:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and business growth.

Customer Feedback:

- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve digital services and offerings.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
