Activation Manager - Modern Trade - Textile (3-8 yrs)
The role is for activation savvy Modern Trade business and is supposed to be a dual reporting role to Manager-Modern Trade sales and Manager-Merchandising/Trade Marketing
- Flair for marketing and activation
- Continuously reviewing brand performance throughout formats and analyzing root causes for S&OP discussions.
- Competitor performance analysis.
- Achieving 100% targets by format.
- Ensuring timely servicing of purchase orders.
- Inventory management according to right product mix at store and format level.
- Keeping eye on the fill rates, on shelf availability and taking corrective actions.
- Planning for monthly offers and monitoring their performance.
- Responsible for monthly stockforecasting based on trend analysis.
- New article creation, planning stock requirement and ensuring it's availability with each partner.
- Creation and quarterly revision of MBQ's based on the sales trend.
- Ensuring availability of top styles at the stores all the time.
- Ensuring the movement of discontinued and slow moving styles through incentive programs and promotions.
- Planning for stock take back of slow moving and discontinued styles in order to maintain the NWC.
- New store openings and location negotiations with the formats.
- Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Accounts and Marketing.
