Actis - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
- Develop a growth strategy that is focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding customer business processes, technology needs, business issues and developing a client solution to meet those needs.
- The position entails direct sales of Audio-Visual System Integration projects and services such as Data Centre, Network and Security, Audio Visual and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management to clients.
- Effective coordination with technical sales resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the customer's business needs.
- Key duties involve proposing solutions to meet customer needs, as well as leveraging sales and technical expertise to develop successful sales strategies, often in collaboration with partners
- Mapping of existing accounts and developing new accounts.
- Relationship building with customers, PMCs and Architects.
- Generating leads for funnel of audio visual solution sales.
- Focus on Consultative Selling.
- Ability to work closely with different teams within the company.
