Nature of Job Position Summary :
- The Donor Retention Officer will be the first point of contact for donor queries and feedback. Using their knowledge as well as retention and cross selling skills, these professionals will address queries, provide support and get financial support from donors, as required, to keep them satisfied and enable ActionAid to receive funding.
- He/she are required to have an in-depth knowledge about the work of ActionAid (on which they will be oriented).
Duties and Responsibilities Objective : Retaining the Donors :
Responsible for influencing the existing donors :
1. Proven Experience as a telemarketer.
2. Excellent with Advance MS Excel and written Communication
3. Proven track record of successfully meeting the Target.
4. Proficient in English, Hindi and regional languages
5. Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
6. Skills in Negotiating and convincing the donors
7. Persistent and result oriented.
8. Captivating Voice clarity.
9. Patient and able to handle customer Attrition
Reporting Senior Manager - Supporter Engagement/ Donor Retention
- Travel As per role requirements
Skills and Competencies Good in excel
- Extensive usage of MS Excel (Aggregate function, VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Macros MIS reporting by using MS Excel)
- Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.
- Implementation and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Knowledge in preparing charts and graphs.
- Should have strong analytical skill as well as static skills and good communication skills
- Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard
Skills :
MIS, Excel, Charts, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Communication Skills, HLOOKUP, pivot tables.
- Salary & Benefits Approximately Salary : 25,000.00 to - 30,000.00 /month based on education, qualification and experience.
- This includes PF contribution. In addition, other benefits like - Group Medical Insurance with coverage of Staff & Dependents; Personal Accident Insurance of staff.
