ACT Fibernet - Lead - Marketing (4-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and advertising/communication campaigns exhibitions and promotional events & sales development activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses & maintain proper track of records PR & PO billing CRM
- Creating brand building across market areas through innovative media selection .
- B2B partnership and brand tie-ups
- Detailed knowledge on Signage & inshop branding .
- Innovative media development & implementation knowledge in markets
- Digital & social media current market trend analysis
Experience and Qualification :
- Minimum 4 - 5 years- experience with marketing campaign execution and lead generation experience.
- Proven experience as marketing profile similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, sales data analysis
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity on ground and offline execution
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Ability to multi-task, Highly self-motivated
