- The successful candidate will be highly effective in navigating the customer through all facets of the sales process from prospect prioritization through to technical integration and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver a value based sales proposition.
- Generating Own leads by way of weekly activities in Corporate Segment
- Submitting Daily call reports to Reporting Manager.
- Expertise in Telecom Sales/ Solution Selling/ Telecom Products
- Make sure the brand visibility across all the assigned projects
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve the acquired customer issue, provide faster resolutions and driving CSAT.
- Responsible to Enterprise solution sales (Leased line, Managed wi-fi, SD WAN, etc..
- This role will be a sole contributor role but will require a huge amount of cross functional work with other major stakeholders across our business including finance, legal, integration, fraud, risk, marketing .
Core responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to-end telecom & connectivity needs of a set of 30-35 accounts in the Enterprise Segment, primarily large Segment Accounts.
- Prepare and present presentations
- Provide high level of customer service
- Create effective promotions
- Manage client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Account Management.
- Be an authority in the eyes of your customer through a consultative selling approach
Experience required :
- 5 years of previous experience in selling into medium, large and enterprise level companies in a role such as Sales Manager, Enterprise Sales Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Enterprise
- Should have the ability to interact with high profile clients
- Relationship Manager, Enterprise Business Development Manager or similar is essential.
- Strong knowledge of ISP landscape
- An ability to effectively manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and to be an organised administrator working within a defined sales process is also preferable.
- Previous experience in direct sales, selling into medium, large and enterprise level companies. Experience of presenting and negotiating with C-Level personnel including CEO, CFO s, CTO etc.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.
- Should be able to work on multiple projects at any given point of time
